These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Ikhousings LLC ("Ikhousings," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the website at ikhousings.com (the "Site"), our contact form, and our SMS / text messaging program. Program description

When you check the SMS consent box on our contact form and provide your phone number, you consent to receive marketing and informational SMS text messages from Ikhousings LLC regarding real estate investment inquiries, property offers, transaction updates, and service updates at the phone number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Ikhousings LLC.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further marketing or informational SMS to that number unless you opt in again.
